Akut abdomen med afklemning af caecum igennem foramen Winslowii
Sammanfattning
Internal hernias are rare with an incidence of 0.2-2% and 8% of these are descriped as herniation through foramen Winslowii. We describe two cases in which caecum is herniating into ``lesser sac'' through foramen Winslowii. Both cases presented with acute upper abdominal pain were diagnosed on a CT-scan within the first days af admission. The patients had acute operations and had a dexter hemicolectomi because of a necrotic part of caecum.
