Sammanfattning
This article contains a brief discussion of how religious beliefs can influence
how individuals and couples can relate to reproductive donations treatments.
According to international studies, religion seems both to be a burden and
asset for those who have difficulty in having children. Whether this is true of
Swedish conditions is unclear as there are no studies of how religious beliefs
and practices affect the reproductive care in Sweden.
