Sammanfattning
In recent years, war, conflict and violation of human rights have led to massive forced displacement, with millions of people seeking protection worldwide. Refugees are at heightened risk for mental health disorders, such as PTSD, depression and psychosis. In this project we aim to develop a standardized interview guide and assess mental health status using a validated screening tool during the health examination. The intention is that this will
enhance the possibility for better identification of individuals in need of mental health care, as well as generate better information on health care needs
among migrants.
