Sammanfattning

The main purpose of this study is to compare the alcohol prevention policies and practices of Scotland and Sweden as they have developed during the post-war period, with special emphasis on the last 15-20 years. Concerned chiefly with primary alcohol prevention, this study will focus on the control system that regulates the supply of and the demand for alcohol, the former mainly via availability and the latter via information and education.
