Sammanfattning
We present a case in which a patient with prostate cancer showed clinical and PSA response to treatment with PC-SPES but developed multiple small pulmonary emboli. For this reason the medication was changed to ProstaSol. This change resulted in a distinct regression of the patient's lower urinary tract symptoms and in a further decline in the PSA level.
