Sammanfattning
Three Swedish cases of POEMS syndrome are described, two of whom posed diagnostic difficulties due to non-secreting plasma cell clone, and an IgA M protein with cryo properties, respectively. Current knowledge of this rare and fascinating multi-system disorder is briefly reviewed.
