Sammanfattning
The article presents the model "Differentiated training", which has been developed at VIA University College, Nurse education Viborg/Thisted in cooperation with the Centre for Nursing Research - Viborg, and with support in the clinical area. The model shows how, during basic training and for the first two years after completing nursing education, measures can be taken to identify, nurture and make provision for students of nursing and newly-trained nurses with a particular interest in education, development, search and in nursing practice. The model contains five elements: The students’ educational team, data collection team, Mini-hothouse, submission of bachelor projects and Hothouse.
