Transplantation livräddande åtgärd vid graviditetsrelaterad leversvikt. Välfungerande vårdkedja bidrog till det goda resultatet
Sammanfattning
We describe in this article a previously healthy, pregnant woman, who suffered from preeclampsia in the third trimester. A caesarian sectio was performed without complications. Some hours later, the patient developed HELLP-syndrome with fulminant liver failure, eventually leading to an emergency liver transplantation with a successful outcome. The patient had clinical signs of both disseminated thrombosis and bleeding. Coagulation aspects in the treatment of liver failure and different pregnancy-related liver diseases are discussed.
