Venös trombos vid graviditet och assisterad befruktning. Uppdaterade råd om riskbedömning och indikationer för trombosprofylax
Sammanfattning
Assessment of the thrombosis risk in pregnancy is made using a weighted risk-score. Thromboprophylaxis during and after
pregnancy for women at high risk is efficient and cost effective using the Swedish thromboprophylaxis algorithm. All women with previous
VTE are recommended normal dose prophylaxis from early pregnancy without anti-FXa monitoring if weighing up to 90 kg. The small
group of women considered to be at very high risk of VTE are recommended anti FXa monitoring and high-dose tromboprophylaxis
administered twice daily. Women with overstimulation associated with IVF (OHSS) have a 100-fold increase in risk of venous
thromboembolism during the first trimester and are recommended thromboprophylaxis until at least the thirteens gestational week.
