In parallel with the increasing incidence of obesity there has been an increase in the number of bariatric surgery procedures performed, and as a consequence we have seen an increasing prevalence of medical and nutritional complications in recent years. Some of the important
complications are dumping syndrome and reactive hypoglycaemia, and these conditions are described in this case report.
