This report elucidates aspects of behaviour management problems
(BMP) in dental treatment, and the guidelines for conscious
sedation with midazolam. Furthermore, some of the results from
a study reporting on 233 dental treatments carried out in a large
Danish public dental service are described. Finally, it describes
how dental treatment performed under general anaesthesia can
be carried out.
