Sammanfattning
In Norway there has been an increasing focus on inclusion of people with mental health
problems in ordinary work. In this article we explored leader’s experiences of health service's role in
job placement. Semi - structured interviews with fifteen leaders from different parts of ordinary
working life was conducted. Analysis of the material revealed that supervisors lacked experience
with health care services, and had difficulty seeing the health care services’ role in the inclusion
process. Some supervisors expressed a need for greater expertise in mental illness. The negative
perceptions of health care services may constitute a barrier to cooperation
