Sammanfattning
Lately, Dual Antiplatelet Therapy (DAPT) has become more frequently used in treatment of coronary artery disease. The
combination of Ticagrelor and ASA gives a very potent platelet inhibition. We present this case report in order to alert the
increased risk of bleeding complications during thrombolysis among patients with DAPT. This case illustrates the medical
and surgical challenges that patients with vascular emergencies and DAPT present.
