Sammanfattning
Infertility is an increasing problem worldwide. The diagnosis is a result of a complete infertility investigation that has been carried out without finding any explanation. The balance and synchronization between the
hormones involved in the menstrual cycle is delicate as is the synchronisation between the embryo and endometrial receptivity. Genetical defects, such as aneuploidy, are the most common explanation for the lack of
implantation.
Research results indicate that a deviant development of the endometrium is a major but incompletely investigated cause of unexplained infertility.
