Farmakologisk risikodifferentiering kan anvendes ved medicingennemgang hos psykiatriske patienter
Sammanfattning
Based on demands from The Danish Healthcare Quality Programme (DDKM), that all patients must have a medical review performed, a risk
scoring tool has been developed. The purpose of this tool is to differentiate patients in three groups to assure that necessary resources are
allocated to patients having most complications. The scoring tool has now been used in more than 5,000 adult psychiatric patients in Central
Denmark Region. The intent of allocating the necessary resources most effectively, when performing a medical review, seems to have been
attained.
