Pronator teres syndrome is a rare but clinically important condition which can cause pain in the forearm. It is a compression neuropathy due to compression of the median nerve proximal in the forearm. In this case report we describe a 69-year-old male patient with pain in both forearms in more than ten years. After surgical decompression of the median nerve in both arms he experienced almost complete relief of his symptoms.
