Tommelfingerregler - til nytte eller besvaer? - Noen eksempler fra bridge, medisin og odontologi
Sammanfattning
Heuristics can be considered to reduce the complexity of clinical
judgments in healthcare when we apply rule of thumb. Daniel
Kahneman defined this as System 1, which works fast, instinctively
and emotionally. On the other side is System 2 required when more
complex cognitive problems are to be solved. This system works
slower. System 1 is useful in most situations, but sometimes System
2 is needed. Examples from bridge, medicine and dentistry demonstrate
when System 2 is appropriate.
