Sammanfattning
The article focuses on Danish working environment legislation
and management of this at dental clinics. Different paradigms
of leadership are presented and discussed to give a nuanced
understanding of different ways of looking at management and organizational
processes. Subsequently, focus is on management's
work with strategies, social microprocesses, culture, motivation
and well-being as well as communication. Each topic is described
and discussed and concluded with advice to the leader. The article
concludes with a number of thoughts on how the manager can
work reflecting this in the daily management work.
