Systematisk måling av brukererfaringer blant medlemmer på klubbhus for psykososial rehabilitering. En psykometrisk vurdering
Sammanfattning
Valid and reliable surveys measuring user experiences may be serviceable tools in ensuring user participation as well as improving the quality of health care services. The purpose of the present study was to explore the psychometric properties of a Norwegian Clubhouse instrument (FUME) designed to measure the level of satisfaction among Clubhouse members. By employing analysis of internal consistency and factor analysis, the study found that the instrument, consisting of ten items, did not demonstrate satisfactory psychometric properties. However, a revised version of the instrument (FUME-R), where two items are excluded, may be applicable in evaluation and further service development.
