Norway is one of the worlds most gender-neutral countries. It is even the first country to impose a gender quota. Yet, gender inequality is still a large issue in Norway. In 2017, 7.5 % of CEOs in Norway's 200 largest companies were women. Women still earn less than men in Norway- with the gap being 29 % in some sectors. Why, then, are we still lagging behind?
