Sammanfattning
We report a case of secondary syphilis in a 40-year-old white man, where condyloma lata was the first and only sign of syphilis. Since syphilis is called the great imitator, we suggest that all sexually active persons with an unexplained rash/ ulcer, especially in the ano-genital region, are serologically tested for syphilis.
