Sammanfattning

A doctor's competence depends on the ability to integrate knowledge, skills and attitudes. To test this ability, it is necessary to use methods that assess intellectual and interpersonal competence in the training of doctors and students. The Objective Structured Clinical Examination (OSCE) is such an internationally approved method. By creating standardised and structured scenarios based on clinical situations, it is possible to observe and assess a broad range of clinical competencies.
