Sammanfattning
A case of coexisting intrauterine and ectopic pregnancies after ovarian stimulation is reported. Heterotopic pregnancies are rarely spontaneous in nature. With the increasing use of ovarian stimulation and other assisted reproductive techniques, it should be considered a differential diagnosis for acute abdominal pain in pregnant women who have undergone assisted reproduction of any type.
