Sammanfattning
Endometrial ablation has gained increased popularity as an alternative to hysterectomy for treatment of menorrhagia. Pregnancy after endometrial ablation is a rare but possible event; the risk of obstetric complications is increased. We report three cases of pregnancies in two patients after endometrial ablation, terminated before 12th week. Physicians should counsel their patients appropriately that pregnancy prevention after endometrial ablation is important and the risk of complications during pregnancies following endometrial ablation is significantly increased.
