Sammanfattning
A case of intrauterine pregnancy occurring after successful balloon thermal endometrial ablation is described. Although rare, pregnancy after endometrial ablation is possible, and use of a supplemental contraceptive method should be planned. In case of pregnancy after endometrial ablation, the woman should be informed of the high risk of pregnancy complications, and termination of the pregnancy should be discussed.
