The article describes a health visitor's experiences with an interview guide developed by the Danish Information Centre for Acquired Deafblindness. The purpose of the guide is to track elderly citizens with combined sight and hearing impairment in order to give them optimal help and support. In this way the elderly citizens can avoid isolation and reduced functionality.
