Sammanfattning
The demand for evidence-based nursing, improved quality and an increased specialisation within health care systems has helped create a need for nurses with more extensive theoretical and clinical skills. This article describes how the clinical nurse specialists at Aarhus University Hospital, work to develop and implement evidence-based nursing. Three different nursing projects illustrate the many different ways that academic training and specialisation are necessary in the clinic.
