Sammanfattning
In Denmark multi-source feedback is used in formative assessment of trainees’ performance regarding the roles: communicator, collaborator, professional and manager. A web-based model was developed and
evaluated useful, time-effective, acceptable and feasible. The model comprises a validated questionnaire usable in all specialities, personal feedback from an educated feedback facilitator, identification of areas for
improvement and a mandatory written plan for the trainees’ further professional development. The model is implemented at all hospitals in the Northern Educational Region in Denmark.
