Sammanfattning
The University of Agder is working on community mental health in both education and research.
The aim of this project was to analyze the research in community mental health. A qualitative content
analysis has been worked out. The findings show that the researchers have a) studied history to be
able to understand marginalized people in a different way - ontology, b) different sources of
knowledge to understand health and illness are necessary - epistemology and c) inspired by
knowledge of history and different knowledge perspectives, new ways of relationships between
service users and professionals are suggested - practical work.
