Sammanfattning
A young female had neurofibromatosis, annular pancreas and heterotopic pancreas, a combination not previously described. The tumour caused bleeding and
intussusception of the distal part of the small intestine. An extensive range of examinations was initiated; however, the diagnosis was not clarified until explorative
laparoscopy was performed. Heterotopic pancreas is worth considering as an infrequent cause of gastrointestinal bleeding and invagination.
