Sammanfattning
The development within dental ceramics has been formidable in recent years. We have a whole range of materials available. Some of these are highly advanced materials and requires knowledge and competence in order to use them correctly. This paper describes the different dental ceramics available today including a classification, mechanical properties and a description of processing techniques with emphasis on the new zirconia materials.
