Sammanfattning

The paper describes course leaders’ experiences of their contributions to co-creation in courses inspired by Recovery Colleges. The course leaders contributed to and were part of reciprocal relationships. The focus was on their own lived lives. To reveal one’s face, to be assertive and flexible, and to meet the other with respect and enthusiasm were important to contribute to co-creational processes. In reciprocal relationships the participants are helpful to each other, and facilitation skills may be useful in order to create social settings in the mental health services.
