Sammanfattning
Many local authorities (and a few regions) have initiated funds for social investments
to finance early and cross-sectoral interventions in order to achieve better
outcomes to lower costs. The project Psynk - mental health for children and
adolescents has during the last three years supported these ambitions and
identifies a number of challenges for this important work to become successful.
On a local level, methods for needs assessment, selection of appropriate
interventions and evaluation of results must be greatly improved. This requires
strong commitment from all organisational levels. The national level needs to
support these processes by providing the evidence base, training implementation
skills, and by coordinating financing streams and good practices
