Sammanfattning
More and more health care organisations strive for a cost-effective, safe quality of care. Some studies have found simultaneous improved safety culture and reduction of patient harm following improvement activities like patient safety walk around, team training or multifaceted intervention
programmes. There is a lack of evidence concerning the relationship between improved patient safety culture and reduction of patient harm in a Danish health-care setting. Currently a Danish validation of the Safety Attitude Questionnaire and an intervention study to improve patient safety
culture is ongoing.
