Sammanfattning

Education for children with special needs can be a challenge for everyone involved. Children with ME/CFS can have very different levels of functioning, but one child with ME/CFS can also vary in capacity over time. Needs can change drastically when the energy level drops rapidly. The adjustments needed do not necesserily cost money, but demand "thinking outside the box" when it comes to children with ME/CFS. Teaching methods and school environment must be adjusted in order to save and utilize the child’s limited energy. Two children with a similar degree of ME/CFS may need very different types of adjustment.
