Sammanfattning
After more than 30 years of work in the NGO Fathers & Mothers in the city
of Stockholm with young people at risk has come the realization that there
are no adult role models. The adult world is conspicuous by its absence.
We adults have failed our children. We do not have time. We are busy with
ourselves. The missing adults by setting limits, making demands and show
the way, confirms that children are loved. All people, regardless of age and
background need to be loved, seen and confirmed. There is every child’s right
and our duty as adults to ensure that every child is loved, seen and confirmed.
